Although fully lined, the oil tanned Utah grain leather remains soft and yielding, flexing naturally on the foot and wearing with the ease of an unlined shoe. Edward Green has been making the model since at least the 1920s. It is hand sewn with a boar's bristle needle, one of shoe making's most intricate crafts. The hand sewing on each pair takes over two hours to complete.
