Lobmeyr Pitcher No. 7887 Arabian SeriesThis pitcher, originally designed by Machytka and Schmoranz in 1877, was put back into production in 2015 in commemoration of an exhibition at the Museum of Islamic Civilization, and was inspired by the form of an early Islamic metal pitcher. It takes Lobmeyr painters 40 hours and 5 separate firings to finish the detailed enamel on the glass.
