Moonrise: Barrett Chute, Ontarioacrylic on birch panel 24 X 24 in. 2025 " Our friends have a lovely retreat near Calabogie. a place called Barrett Chute the moon rises in the evening there right across from them and it always has a magical appearance with the combination of the distance to the far shore and the water. On this particular eve, it was a bit foggy but the moon burned through and lit the water with three perfect strips of light."
