Hunting SpiritPetroglyphs are very cool! I grew up playing among them in the canyons of the southwestern United States. All kinds of meaning can be gleaned from them from graffiti to shamanistic. I find them very powerful, a tangible reminder of cultures before ours. This scene is believed to be a hunting scene, the figures hold spear points and the animal depicted is a pronghorn antelope, the red tailed hawk being a hunter just seemed appropriate.
