Mermaid Steampunk Pearlescent Scales and Pearls Fairytale Top Hat ~ One of a KindThis is a fairytale Steampunk mermaid top hat designed and made by me. It is made of a two tone aqua and wine pearlescent fabric over an interfacing hat form with pearlescent scales, each one handmade and hand sewn in place. The hat is embellished with a swooping strand of genuine freshwater pearls faceted with two pearl and gold buttons. The piece can fasten with either two alligator clips secured to the underside or a black satin headband.
